How Fro's Marketplace Works
FOR SHOPPERS
Browse products by category, search the marketplace, or explore individual stores. Product pages show the store that is selling the item. Orders keep store-level payment and fulfillment records so you can see who you are buying from.
FOR SELLERS
Create an account, open a store, wait for approval when required, then use Store Control to add products one at a time or use the Product Importer for larger supplier catalogs. Sellers manage their own store identity, inventory, fulfillment, and payment options.
MARKETPLACE ROLE
Fro's Marketplace provides the marketplace software, store discovery, order records, messaging, administration, and optional external escrow workflow. Independent stores remain responsible for their products, descriptions, fulfillment, policies, taxes, and seller-controlled payment accounts.
